This was a really cute book. I love how the author wrote it during the time of Jane Austen and about characters who would be reading her books during the time they were written.

It definitely isn’t a remake of an Austen story and it doesn’t feel like an Austen story so if that puts you off don’t worry! If that’s what attracts you to it then you may have a few little disappointments. Overall though I enjoyed it and read it in one sitting!!

I wish there was a better epilogue to the book to leave me with that Austen warm and fuzzy feeling. That said it’s still a good ending. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys clean regency romance stories and Jane Austen fans !!
