This series is lukewarm for me in general but this installment truly offered nothing to the series. If you Olaf for some reason, you're in luck because he takes up unnecessary space through out this book. Edward shows up and does nothing and the case is basic and uninteresting. The metaphysics stuff is the most interesting thing in this series and that doesn't even go there. They brought in a character who I thought would finally bring an end to Olaf but that little plot went nowhere.
