Once again I’m wishing I had the capability to give half stars because this was actually more of a 3.5-4 star read for me but goodreads still won’t allow for anything other than full star ratings. I really enjoyed the premise of this book and the plot however I found some of the characters to be insufferable which Im assuming was the intention to make you not care for them. I listened to the audiobook format of this book and I ran into an issue that it was very hard to distinguish which part was from which character’s perspective since there is only one narrator. It made it very confusing for me at times and I had to rewind a couple of times because I thought I had missed something when in reality it was a male character that was being voiced by the female narrator. It was a good tactic to throw me for a loop but definitely confusing for anyone wanting to listen to the audiobook.
