Forever in the shadow of her well-meaning, but controlling, sister Eugenia, Baby Lincoln takes a trip by herself to assert her independence. She meets friends and eats jelly beans on a train. She takes control of her own identity and her life. We learn her real name! Sorry for this outburst but GODDAMN the things Kate DiCamillo can do with these characters in 96 pages is astonishing.
