Nevada was an incisive, thoughtful and endearing reflection on the plight of trans women and the myriad pathways people take to self-expression. Binnie's characters are unique, evocative, funny and complicated. Her writing is playful, insightful and refreshing. This book is so compassionate and intelligent but also just a complete joy to read.
