Rivaled by Nicole Dykes
4.0
This is another sweet story delivered by Nicole Dykes. And it's the kind of story one needs to read after several harrowing other stories. It's like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket, in front of a burning fireplace, and drinking a delicious hot chocolate. All you have to do is let yourself be enveloped by all that comfort and enjoy it.
Both MCs, despite the differences between them, have gone through some troublesome situations that affect their reputations, putting their jobs online, especially in small towns like Kensley, where in principle the minds are quite closed, but nevertheless, people end up being warmer and more receptive than one initially thought.
Sweet, steamy, romantic. Their relationship starts off on the wrong foot, soon transforms into a friendship where there is no room for misunderstanding or miscommunication, with an undeniable and deep attraction, and finally, into a love that gives them the courage to face any obstacle.
I was given an advanced copy and voluntarily wrote a review.
