I really, really loved the premise of this book. Rival-to-lovers, a 24-hour time frame with truly phenomenal pacing, and great characters. Even though it’s targeted towards young adults, and the characters read as upper YA, I didn’t think I was reading a book about teenagers. It’s a story of endings and beginnings, of what the future holds, of not being afraid to tell the world who you are. It was fun and adorable, and made me reminisce on how I asked myself a lot of the same questions the FMC does throughout the book. I did find myself wanting Neil’s POV, but the next book does that, so I look forward to it.
