Emma, the MC, is insufferable 😩 She constantly talks about how awful marriage is for her and therefore it’s awful for everyone else. She also keeps using the word “females” and is the cliche “I don’t have female friends because you can’t trust them.” 

The switching timelines happen every chapter and feels like whiplash. After reading other reviews Emma doesn’t get any better, the story is repetitive (I was getting bored already with absolutely no details furthering the plot or building characters), and I guessed the killer in the first 15 pages?! Will not be continuing because it’s apparently going to be just as cliche and uneventful as I predicted
