I loved this book. Bracken did an amazing job of mixing different parts of the plot. For example there was romance, self realization, fight scenes etc. But it all made sense and wasn’t over-bearing. Bracken also made the book full of surprises. I felt like every couple minutes I would mutter “what? No way…” to myself. Over all I recommend this book. However, an issue I would take with it was that almost none of the Greek mythology was explained. I have a past of interest with Greek Mythology (you all probably know what series I obsessed over as a teen) so it all made sense. But if someone read this book and had no idea who Hermes was or who Medusa is they would struggle to understand throughout the whole book.
