Wow. Just wow. The thrilling third book in the Moreno Mafia series is certainly worth it. The tension was fantastic and the action was so intense. Far better than any action/mafia film I've ever seen.
The conflict was so well down and drip fed just right all the way through to a surprising and stomach churning ending.
And the sex...just...wow. I think my husband may be in trouble. I need a Max in my life.😅
My only criticism (and this isn't anything on the author herself) ...Luca. Just... Luca. Why do you have to be such a colossal pain in the a**?!
Apart from that, this book completely lives up to my expectations and I had a thoroughly entertaining few evenings reading this book. Definitely coming back for more and cannot wait to see what Ann-Marie does next with these characters.
