The Young Elites by Marie Lu
5.0
I LOVE YOU MARIE LU.
At first I was afraid to start Young Elites after Legend (because of my feelings duh and because I loved this trilogy so much I was also afraid to be disappointed).
BUT AU CONTRAIRE MY FRIENDS.
She delivered a masterpiece. Not only with an unusual universe but by - once again - complex and outstanding character. The character of Adelina is so interesting. She's torn between so many feelings that she becomes during the book the most interesting character I was offered to read in a YA book for a while. I know that i've said that for a tone of characters lately but I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE. Adelina Amouteru is the best well-written character in a YA Book. She's not good, she's not bad, she is flotting in a grey cloud. She's full of darkness but she aspires to become a light. It's beautiful.
All characters are built with this incredible pattern of complexity that makes the book so enjoyable. I can't wait to see what's happening next and especially with Maeve (in less than 10 pages I was already in love with her tbh).
So guys just some advice = YOU MUST READ IT.
