Pour Judgment by Heather M. Orgeron
4.0
Actual rating 3.5 stars. Rhett is a famous country star who is in a band with Korie's cousin Nick. While visiting her cousin she runs into Rhett and isn't a fan at him at first glance as he has groupies all over him. For Rhett it was lust at first sight when he met Korie and he wants to get to know her better because she's not like the other girls he knows. Korie and her best friend decide to go to an adult camp called Pour Judgement where she runs into her cousin, Rhett and the rest of the band. With the alcohol flowing and the name of the camp I think you can all see where this is going to go. At the end of the weekend Korie finds herself fake engaged to Rhett, but he can at least help her achieve her dream.
This was a cute story that had a lot of chemistry between Korie and Rhett. I wish Heather would have dragged out the enemies to lovers more because the way Korie turned to lust around Rhett was super fast. I also had to knock a couple stars because I felt there were story lines that never really got fully resolved. I did like that this book wasn't insta-love or the fact that for the most part the characters were true to reality.
