I don’t usually care for character-centered or slow paced books but I really enjoyed this one. This characters were well developed and the plot was fairly intriguing. I think the only thing I would have changed was shortening the overview of her childhood. I think the the book dragged until about 100 pages in, but once I got to that point I couldn’t put it down.
