I’m not surprised I loved this book since The Ex Talk also by the same author was one of my favorite books from 2021, but what I didn’t expect was to find a book with a relationship so real! We have a female MC that has clinical depression and a male MC that’s fat, and their dynamic is that much more endearing when they bring those insecurities to the table. Also the sex was the most real and relatable I have ever read while still keeping it sexy and spicy. There’s honestly not a single thing I didn’t love about this book, the story was fun, the characters were amazing and all the subjects touched were done very respectfully.
