How Does It Feel? by Jeneane O'Riley
4.0
I’ve had this book on my shelf for a while. It is one that sounded good and then I saw a price that was too good to be true, so I picked it up. But then it sat on my shelf waiting until the right moment to read. That moment was the other day, and I am glad that I waited until I was in the perfect mood for it.
This book was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the fantasy aspects, which is something that doesn’t always happen for me, so I loved it. The storytelling was so engaging and gripping, I was sucked in right from the start. The beginning was a slow build up to the actual action of the book, and I was fully prepared and ready for what happened. It was a nice enjoyable ride. I will say that this book is a little unhinged and there are some things that made me go “huh” but not necessarily in a bad way, just in a did she really say that kind of way. It was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the dual point of view a lot as well. It really helped bring balance to the story which I needed.
