4.5 stars. I really liked this enemies to lovers YA romance. There's angst, pining, self discovery. Both main characters are likeable and multi-layered. 'Tell Me How You Really Feel' is sweet and mostly very innocent love story between high school seniors.

My lack of knowledge on especially Sana's cultural background made some parts of the book difficult to follow but I got the hang of it while listening to the book. This fact does not lower the quality or my appreciation of the story in any way.
