Really enjoyed this one. Great concept, well-executed. A quick read but a lot of heart and depth packed into it without feeling too cheesy.
Graphic: Mental illness and Suicidal thoughts
Moderate: Animal death, Death, Panic attacks/disorders, Self harm, Suicide, Medical content, Grief, Suicide attempt, and Death of parent
Minor: Addiction, Alcoholism, Cancer, Drug abuse, Drug use, Infidelity, Vomit, Medical content, Stalking, and Car accident
The book starts with a suicide attempt - it is mentioned in the first few pages (if not the first page), and the main character's limbo between life and death forms the structure of the book. While it is a major plot point I didn't think the descriptions of suicide were particularly graphic or upsetting, and ultimately the protagonist decides that she has a strong will to live and does not want her suicide attempt to have been a successful one. .
