Ashley Suzanne James, what the hell did you put in this book?! Jesus Christ I was sweating the whole time. I mostly read at work and usually have no problem keeping a straight face - uh, not this time! Finn and Ash were so god damn hot I could not keep it together.
One of the reasons I love bi-awakening stories so much is that they’re all about self-discovery - watching someone finally acknowledge, accept, and embrace their true self just makes me 🥰. Finn was able to do just that after Ash came crashing into his life, and Ash was able to overcome his hangups with always feeling overlooked. The tension was there from the first time Finn saw him half-naked in his driveway, and when these two finally give in it is one hot Pants Off Dance Off. Their romance is a fast burn that is satisfyingly sweet, too.
Yes, Ashley writes some of the hottest MM spice I’ve ever read, but she also weaves in the feel good emotions needed for you to actually care about the characters. I fell in love with Finn and Ash and I am VERY excited to continue this series of Moore men!
p.s. without revealing too much, I’ll just say we’ve got a porch scene that blows Cade and Willa out of the water. I said it.
What to expect:
- boss x nanny
- grumpy rancher x sunshine
- ex-girlfriend’s twin brother
- close proximity
- butt stuff
- caretaking (he washes his hair)
- daddy kink
