I was hesitant to pick this one up, but I am sooo glad I did. This is such a heartwarming book, and I cried a few times while reading it.
Linus annoyed me at the beginning, but I grew to love him more as the story went on. The children were such fun and loveable characters. Their personalities were very distinct, though I wish we got to learn more about Phee.
The story is one of overcoming prejudice and bias and learning to do the right thing.
All in all, this book felt like a warm sunny day at the beach. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to read something light and funny
