Wow I loved this book.
Not only does this book feature a great enemies-to-lovers story, it also captures the essence of social media - in both a good and bad way. Top that off with the topic of body image/toxic positivity, and you have yourself a *swoon* romance novel.
I’m not going to pretend to know what it’s like to be a big time influencer (like 100k followers) and receive endless hate, although I know it’s out there and it’s damaging as hell. I loved seeing a book featuring someone who is an influencer like Crystal who is working to spread a body accepting message. The hate comments included in this book were hard to read but I know were meant to be intentional and highlight the hard parts of social media (AKA the trolls). The world of social media in general so wild, and I could soapbox it for awhile, but for now I will digress.
Back to the romance… yeah it was great.
