This was very fun. I enjoy both sci-fi and cooking competition shows and this was an amazing mix of the two. Such a great variety of different types of aliens and the whole book is colored beautifully. I love that the main character, Peony, totally takes the whole Space Battle cooking contest in stride; she's a very cool character. I hope I can find a copy of volume 2 soon because I want to see what's going to happen next!
