Rainbows End in Ferry Lane Market by Nicola May

4.0

This review was originally posted on Star Crossed Reviews I received this book for free from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. Thank you to Rachel for letting me take part in this tour and to Hodder for my copy of this book via Netgalley. this is the third and final book in the series. I really love these characters and will really miss them.

This book focuses on Glanna, Issac and Oliver. All of these characters are new to the series. I really liked Glanna, I really felt for her trying to justify why she didn't want children. This is a long going issue for every woman. If you don't have children by the time you are 30 everyone asks if/when you are having children. I find this extremely frustrating and intrusive.

Nicola does such an excellent job of creating Ferry Lane. It's so easy to visualise the market, Franks, Moniques, the Gallery the whole little town of Hartmouth. This is such a lovely town with some very interesting and unique characters. I really enjoyed catching up with the characters from the previous books. I was so excited to see the little ones with the Dillon/moon babies and the Bligh/Murray baby. These little ones are super cute and I just love seeing the new generations.

this book was a lovely little escape from the world. I loved being immersed in it and I will really miss this series. I do look forward to seeing what new series Nicola brings for us.
