North of Need by Laura Kaye
4.0
This is a story that will tug at your heartstrings, fanning your face, and leave you wanting more - which is a good thing. It is sweet and hot, sexy and sensuous, funny and teary.
Megan Snow was widowed two years ago at Christmas. Like the previous year, she opts to spend this second anniversary alone in the mountain cabin she shared with her husband John, away from friends and family. She expects to be sad and lonely. What she doesn't expect is the freak blizzard that knocks out power and closes the mountain. She also doesn't expect the hunky, half-naked man who collapses on her doorstep.
This is a great paranormal romance with enough conflict to keep the story interesting and enough heat to melt the coldest heart. A definite must for lovers of paranormal romance. I can't wait for the others in this series.
