Bestfriend beauty influencers had a falling out as they became momfluencers and one got famous while the other stayed with the same audience.

Unhinge main character but over time, you'll see that Aspen is indeed a convincing narrator and a great actor.

It was a back-and-forth of views between former besties Aspen and Meredith until you reach Chapter 16 where everything will turn dark.

I enjoyed the writing style and how it was bordering on dark humor. I like how Jesse Q. Sutanto fleshed out the main characters in a way that they stuck to the core of doing what they love (being influencers) while also adding flavors (Aspen as a perfectionist and Meredith as number-conscious) and how their friendship became bitter.

Humorous writing style meets a serious topic. It’s funny, dark, crazy, and stupid. Which perfectly sums up my life!
