this rating is really actually a 4.5/5 stars because i am literally so in love with this book. i'd constantly struggle to let put it down because i was so enthralled with it! also, i nver knew how much i loved hockey players but now i do. nate hawkins is my new dream boy <3.

• while the reveal of how aaron got hurt was a little predictable the farther into the book you got, and by that i mean literally knowing he did it to himself, it was still a very good "bomb" that was dropped on anastasia.
• nate is actually my dream man now. the way he handles things when it comes to anastasia and her being sad, nervous, etc.
• the SMUT whew, good grief!

so excited to annotate this so i can reread it <3
i cannot wait for the second book in this series.
