Well, well, well, it seems I was wrong 2 years ago. This book was great: dark, weird, funny, mysterious, sad, complicated, sexy, and adventurous. I loved the class differences, the revenge mission, the purity culture analysis, and the couple figuring themselves out while they fell in love. I found the multi POV, foreshadowing, banter, family dynamics (minus how one sister was treated - thus no 5 stars from me), and friendships compelling. Unputdownable.
