The recipes in this cookbook are awesome but the standout was the history into Cajun cooking. It was fascinating! My youngest is a very picky eater but puts Cajun seasoning on everything so I picked this one up. I walked away with a ton of new recipes and new insight into Cajun life. 4⭐️
