As a first time mom, I really really really appreciated all the data in this book. I'm not usually a data gal but when you've got a million people screaming at you what to do, what NOT to do, etc. it can be so helpful to have FACTS backing up choices.

I highly recommend for first time moms. I read it pretty quickly and took a lot from it (especially that I can, blessedly, still have my morning coffee without giving my baby three heads).

Also, Emily's writing style is lovely. I'm reading Crib Sheet next!
