First Lord's Fury by Jim Butcher

5.0

I'm so much in love with this characters and their adventures and now it's over. ;.;

The plot is engaging, thrilling and just good. I love the way everything ends in the Calderon Valley - just as it has started there.

I love every one in this book and, wow, finally a book in which all of my favourite characters survive! \o/

But I have to say - my favourite is Tavi. I love him. I love his determination in protecting his people. I love his humor. I love how he realises that it can't go on as it has been in the past. I love how his mind, his intelligence, his quick thinking and not his furycraft is the reason he survived was thrown against him but it also made the difference in getting his legionaires quickly where they have to be and in the defence of the Calderon Valley and Garrison. ♥ Yes, he has incredible furycrafts and uses them and it saves his life and he fights with it but without his mind and thinking of possibilities that have nothing to do with furycraft? He wouldn't even have survived the first book...

My only complains are these: That we don't see the furies of Tavi manifest and there was way too little Max in this book.

Other than that? No complains except that this was the last part of the series.
