Heir to Sevenwaters by Juliet Marillier
5.0
4.5/5
The expanding story revolving around the women of Sevenwaters continued smoothly even after The Child of the Prophecy tied in many of the loose ends. The first three books seem to have comprised their own adventure, and Heir to Sevenwaters began another storyline – one where people of the Otherworld have a much bigger role than before. But other than that this felt much like the previous stories with the powerful romance, family dynamics and addictive plot. The only thing bothering me is that four hundred pages didn’t seem enough to contain everything; I wish this would have been longer. Especially the romance advanced a slightly too quickly.
