Special Topics in Being a Parent: A Queer and Tender Guide to Things I've Learned About Parenting, Mostly the Hard Way by S. Bear Bergman

This was truly lovely and helpful. Even tho my kids are past a lot of the younger (baby/toddler) stuff, it’s nice to be reminded that other people agree with choices I’ve made. (Because ouf, mainstream parenting expectations are sometimes very heavy and distressing.) And also just to be reminded to continue building inclusive and caring choices into the future. I wish I could buy a copy of this one! And of the previous one (Special Topics in being a Human) too.
