This was extremely short, I had no time to know the characters before it was over but it was quite good.
I am usually wary of war zone novels, I don't care too much for stories about fighting in the trenches and the death and destruction that comes with it, it's too depressing and I don't do depressing novels.
This one though was a good introduction to Aleksandr Voinov and the narrator's voice was so good, I think I would have loved anything he narrated.
