Good Girl, Bad Blood by Holly Jackson

5.0

I already loved the first one, and this one did not let me down as a sequel. The stakes were higher, the turns sudden and the outcome was something I never imagined. But apart from the mystery/thriller aspect, I also really enjoyed getting to know Pip more: how she deals with what has happened in book one, how that influences her in this book, and the changes and growth she goes through. And of course, also her relationship with the other characters. I love how she's there for her friends and tries to the best of her abilities to help. And then there is Ravi, always grounding her and being by her side. The solution and last few chapters of this novel were... I don't even know how to put it into words... devastating, surprising, heart-breaking, unforeseeable... just so much happening in such a short period of time with an outcome and events that affect so many characters in deep ways. Cannot wait to get into the last book of this trilogy soon!
