I accidentally read the second book in this series first, but that turned out to be no problem at all because they stand alone. In this Victorian era romance, country woman Evie is determined to make the most of her first London season, but things change when she meets Mr. Ahmad Malik, tailor. The whole book I was rooting for them and I loved the story. Such a lovely book! I also enjoyed the second book, The Belle of Belgrave Square, and I look forward to more in this Belles of London series from Mimi Matthews!
