I really enjoyed this book! It was a bit slow to start. I didn’t think it needed quite as much exposition, but once Henry was introduced, it picked up. I liked that the chapters were shorter too. The premise of the novel is so compelling and I thought it was well executed and worth reading. The author had a magical, lyrical voice and it felt like a more sophisticated version of a fairytale. Highly recommend!
