I finished this book purely for the sake of my 50 book challenge.
I think the author must have read the Selection series and said to himself, "How can I take this concept and execute it in a worse way?"
The book was confusing from the first chapter. There was almost no logical motivation behind any of the characters. There was insta-love left and right. And completely unnecessary and graphic child abuse.
