A Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki
5.0
I took some issue with the happy ending to the novel. Everybody got a neat syrupy bow to wrap up their story. However, throughout the novel I marveled at many of the technical aspects that kept the story engine moving. I enjoyed the intricacy of the plot and necessity of it as well. The characters are well drawn and believable. I also appreciated the use of Schrodinger's cat to make the ending more complex. On a 10 star system, which would be more useful to everyone, I would give this book 9 stars.
