Okay so at this point I’ve listened to 4 Freida books, and this was easily the worst one. Usually her oh shit moments are stronger than this, but I also thought the writing in this one was particularly weak. The main character was so insufferable, and it felt like the characters were just saying asinine childish things constantly for no reason. For example - there was legit an entire paragraph all about the benefits of electric toothbrushes? And non stop talk about how to correctly cook eggs. Also there is a random narration by a guy for like 1 chapter???? Don’t forget the fat shaming of the main characters daughter every chance the main character got lol. Girl she’s 14. Alex (who listened with me) gives it 3 Olivia’s in a hole compared to my 2 lol
