I was had such high hopes when going in to this graphic novel, and it kind of lived up to it. I found the male main character to be a flat character who hasnโt got a lot going for him except for his love for her. Maxi on the other hand is very much an abuse victim, and Iโm really worried she is just liking him because he is nice to her. I kind of ship her and the mageโฆ.
Lots of trigger warnings going in to this novel and I should have read that before hand, because geess!
๐ฃ๐ป๐ธ๐น๐ฎ๐ผ: touch her and die, strength growing female, warrior guy- maiden girl.
Graphic: Bullying, Child abuse, Emotional abuse, and Violence
