Okay, I finished. I enjoyed it but it wasn’t a wow for me. And that definitely had to do with being so similar to Caraval imo. I think if I hadn’t read that I would have been more in awe of this book. Also, it was supposed to be dark but the only dark about it was that some characters died and nah, that wasn’t dark to me. 😅
