This is a comical short story about a grove of Nordic Pine trees and the magpie that visits them. I thought this was intended for children due to the content and cover, but it does contain some suggestive and gory humour that might be difficult to explain or skip over while reading to a child. This short story is included in The One Million project short story collection for charity.
