I couldn’t get past how slow this story was and how the romance was really like the tertiary storyline in the book not the primary one. It was more about the Christmas tree selling business and the FMC’s brother treating her like absolute shit everyday and her just taking it like a pushover. It was really irritating to continuously read the brother berate her and her just be like ok you’re right.
