This one about tore my heart to shreds! I adored Callan, and seeing he and Rory rekindle their friendship and eventually admit that they were in love was so, so perfect. All of the terrible things that happened to Callan in his past were difficult to read about, but seeing him as a new dad and the way he loved that baby was so pure and sweet. Rory instantly adored Aidan, and accepted that Callan wanted to be a big part of his life. He not only accepted it, but he wanted to be a part of it, to be with Callan no matter what came their way. I loved all of the sensory play scenes in this book, and how Callan's trust in Rory was the one solid thing he knew he could always count on. I absolutely cannot wait to read the last book but I am so sad for the series to be coming to a close!
