A Good Girl's Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson
5.0
i’ve wanted to read this book for a while now, and i was somewhat scared that it may not live up to my expectations and to its hype. so i put it off for a while. but now, the series is coming to netflix next week and i’ve wanted to have a full picture so i wanted to finish the first book before i binge the series.
the concept is great, im not really into crime but turns out im into teen crime and i love to figure out the outcome of these stories and let me tell you, i was half right (as always). i greatly enjoyed it, i loved that the british vibe seeped through, i love how unique the whole detailed base was and i loved that the description were not overexplained or overly detailed, and the characters’ personalities simply came through the dialogues.
