Jane Anonymous by Laurie Faria Stolarz
5.0
This book is gut-wrenching and heart-breaking. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it, at first. I saw the twist coming which took the shock factor out of the big reveal, but the more I think about it, the more I realize the emotional depth of this story and its characters. Jane Anonymous is raw and unique and human. My mind has not been so eternally captivated by a book in a very long time. I couldn’t stop theorizing and speculating even when I wasn’t actively reading it. I genuinely feel like I went on Jane’s traumatic journey with her. I was paranoid and skeptical and hesitant to trust everyone and everything right along with Jane. This is psychological thrill at its best. It haunts me but in the very best way!
