4.25 ⭐️, really. Fascinating to see perspectives from those close to the band, but I feel like most of them still don’t know how to treat Ian Curtis’s death by suicide. So much misguided speculation about his reasons when suicide is usually the result of someone completely losing hope about everything. Calling his death “selfish” is less than helpful.
