The Hope We Hold: Finding Peace in the Promises of God by Jinger Vuolo, Jeremy Vuolo
3.0
This reads much like the other books written by the Duggar family. We get a backstory of the family, how faith and their religion helped them and how they want to help others today.
As a follower of the Duggars for years, I knew that Jinger's marriage was a bit contentious in her community and with her family and this, as well as Jim Bob's hoops for men to marry his daughters, is talked about it this. It is talked about very well but is not the "dirt" some may have expected.
Additionally, the private matters that happened within the Duggar family when the children were younger is talked about, briefly, and not expanded on. I respect this decision and really have no notes.
All in all this is a book introducing Jeremy and a bit more about Jinger. Nothing new, exciting, or even truly that compelling. Same find faith with us, because we are different message found in most books like this.
