This book started to feel a bit too far-fetched to me. Some of the antics Finlay and Vero got into with the corpses seemed like a strange mix of Stephanie Plum (the later years, when things started to unravel) and Laurel and Hardy. However, the cliffhanger was great - I loved Mrs. Haggerty in book three and hope she’s the star of the next book - or her own Dexter-eqsue spinoff?!
