I found this book interesting and helpful, for the most part.

The beginning and ending sections were harder for me to get through (they felt wordy, repetitive, and exploratory). The middle section was still wordy, but I learned a lot from them.

Overall, it's an interesting look at story structure, but not one I'd recommend to those looking to improve their writing.
