Whilst I felt as though some of the nuance was lost in translation, (although the footnotes did a fantastic job of adding cultural context) I really enjoyed the three interconnected tales that made up this short story. I got a real Black Mirror feel to the horror that came from the near-future technology. The ending was perfectly bittersweet as the characters were happy but at what cost?
